Drop a utility export, hauler report, or fuel log — including the Green Button XML your utility’s “Download my data” button produces, which is read exactly, no AI involved. Figures are matched to GPC sources and shown to you with where each one came from. Nothing enters the inventory until you approve it.
TurboCAP runs on the Good Local Gov Data Vault in purge-after-run mode: your raw files are read, cleaned, and structured for the run, only the approved numbers enter your inventory, and the original documents are purged when the run finishes. It's a retention setting you choose, stated up front — not an accident of architecture.
